Asian Marinated Grilled Salmon
1/2 c. mirin (sweet rice wine)
1/3 c. white miso (soybean paste)
2 tbl. dark sesame oil
2 tbl. honey

4 (6-ounces salmon, skinned)

combine ingredients in large shallow dish. Add fish filets and marinate for two hours.
prepare grill
discard marinade and place fish on grill rack until desired texture. ( 4-5 minutes per side for medium)

This dish is equally delicious with beef skewers, chicken and tofu.
Serve with your favorite vegetables, spinach and arugula salad and brown or white rice.
